The Gin Flower


First time making this one. ABSOLUTELY fantastic, fresh & crisp…


1oz Gin

1oz Aperol

1oz fresh squeezed lime juice

1oz simple syrup


Add all ingredients into shaker tin with ice and shake hard for 30 seconds. Double strain into chilled coupe.


Garnish with lime wedge or any sort of lime peel.
